The gastronomic side is helmed by Chef Hassan, a native of Lucknow — India’s foodie capital, known for its majestic Mughlai cooking. With more than twenty years behind him, he reads regional Indian cuisine from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
After venturing overseas in 2005, Chef Hassan launched prominent restaurants in the UK, New Zealand and Vietnam before bringing that range to Melbourne.
